About Us

Todd Yoder LMFT, CSAT

Todd has worked in the field of Mental health since 1994 and in private practice since 1999.  He earned a BA from Taylor University Fort Wayne and a MS from Indiana Purdue Fort Wayne. His work experience includes counseling troubled teens in a group home environment, acute psychiatric care in an inpatient setting and working with individuals and couples in a private practice.  Todd has completed a very specialized certification in the field of sexual addiction: CSAT (Certified Sex Addiction Therapist). This training, developed by Dr. Patrick Carnes http://www.sexhelp.com/, requires attendance at multiple training modules, supervision with a CSAT Supervisor, and ongoing education. Certified Sexual Addiction Therapists are experts in providing sexual addiction therapy. The certification is a rigorous process designed to augment Todd's training as a Marriage and Family Therapist to best meet the needs of those dealing with sexual addiction.

Sarah Harber MSW, LCSW, PMH-C

Sarah has worked in the field of Mental Health since 1997.  She earned a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Saint Francis in 2001 and a Master of Social Work degree from Indiana University School of Social Work in 2002.  She became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Indiana in 2004. She is a maternal mental health therapist and has obtained her certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C).

Her experience includes over twenty-four years working in crisis intervention in an inpatient acute care psychiatric hospital and Emergency Room, where she gained knowledge and experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds with a broad range of mental health issues.  Sarah is grateful for her time spent in an outpatient psychiatric clinic where she worked closely with highly skilled psychiatric medication providers while doing urgent care therapy. She then became a maternal mental health therapist, working closely with Obstetrics & Gynecology to support women during pregnancy and the postpartum period.  She enjoys the opportunity to work in a private practice setting, which allows her to build supportive, therapeutic relationships with her clients.

Her passion includes working with women, couples, and families.  Her goal is to help individuals develop new strategies and behaviors to lead to more successful and meaningful lives as well as to help families find solutions to foster harmony, balance, and happiness.

She views counseling as an opportunity to help clients tap into their hidden strengths to continuously move their lives forward. She looks forward to being an advocate and support for you and your loved ones on the journey toward wellness.
