Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFiT)

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) has long been the gold standard for couple and family interventions. This science has deepened our understanding of love relationships and family bonds.


In recent years, EFT has been adapted to address a wide range of symptoms in individuals who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and stressor-related disorders. Therapists will walk the client through learned skills to develop healthier awareness of their emotions and become more adept at using the information that is provided by those emotions to process stressors and struggles.
